Okay, accidentally nuked the first version of my intro, so here's go #2 -
A lot of what I've been writing about the last couple of months has been very general, with an almost tangential focus on the health and fitness topics that I was originally hoping to target this blog at (and more specifically, to use it as a record of my fight to lose weight and regain something from my youth).
Over the weekend, I've given a lot of thought to the focus of this particular blog, and I believe it's necessary to make some changes - both to focus this diary more on what it's original aims are, as well as to pull the other stuff out and into a separate blog, or even blogs. This means that I'm likely going to move to a different, more multiple blog friendly back-end, and that I'll be writing more. Woo! Maybe
With that bit of administration now out of the way, it's time to make a REAL post about the diet and fitness 'stuff', and my quest to lose 60 pounds...
