I just got back in from my first "real" ride in almost 10 years...

So I've been thinking about how to go about actually doing this whole cycling thing. Particularly since it gets insanely hot here in South Texas during the summer.

I fully intend to end this summer cycling into work every day, but I have to have A Plan.

So here's my first look/shot at one...

Interesting emails today at work...

The first, and most germane, was about a workout/exercise program for employees training to take part in the Valero MS150 and/or the inaugural Rock & Roll San Antonio Marathon.

Another one is about a brown-bag session gathering together some recent, and newly relocated to the area, hires to discuss the San Antonio area, both the good AND bad things. this could be one interesting as hell discussion, being a relatively freshly relocated resident, myself!
