At least I&#039;m still writing! I probably should be writing more, since each day is a different challenge. &lt;br /&gt;

The last several weeks have definitely been interesting, for sure. I&#039;m going to keep this primarily geared at the fitness and diet &#039;topic&#039;.     Okay, accidentally nuked the first version of my intro, so here&#039;s go #2 - &lt;br /&gt;
A lot of what I&#039;ve been writing about the last couple of months has been very general, with an almost tangential focus on the health and fitness topics that I was originally hoping to target this blog at (and more specifically, to use it as a record of my fight to lose weight and regain something from my youth). &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Over the weekend, I&#039;ve given a lot of thought to the focus of this particular blog, and I believe it&#039;s necessary to make some changes - both to focus this diary more on what it&#039;s original aims are, as well as to pull the other stuff out and into a separate blog, or even blogs. This means that I&#039;m likely going to move to a different, more multiple blog friendly back-end, and that I&#039;ll be writing more. Woo! With that bit of administration now out of the way, it&#039;s time to make a REAL post about the diet and fitness &#039;stuff&#039;, and my quest to lose 60 pounds...&lt;br /&gt;
